I tryed wakeboarding yesterday for the first time. The water caught my front edge and it hurt like crap. watching this brings the headache back. Right on!!!!
i just started wakeboarding like....2 weeks ago and i a few days ago i was gettin air, i tried to go really big but i nosedived when i camedown and i hit the water SO hard. my whole face was just numb, i got a lil bit of a bloody nose and my foot came out of my impossible to get into bindings unless u have dishsoap bindings like it was nothing. it was sweet though, i really wish i had it on camera.
Ouch - big engine boats like those are hard to be towed on, due to the boat having a higher plane speed than a dedicated tow boat. Some nice pain in that video though.. made me cringe a few times.

looks to me like the problem was the boat was going to slow take it up to at least 20 mph so you have more plane
