No they aren't. Kongu was thrown off the cliff by the monster, Hahli was clinging onto the monster's tail, and the Gadunka shot Nuparu and Hewkii off of the cliff.

Where was Kongu in the fight between Maxilos & Hydraxon? Kongu and Jaller fell down the cliff together! This movie makes me wonder what happened to Kongu, Hahli, Nuparu, and Hewkii.
