@firewizorlego1 The engine is not designed for 4Wheelers if I want to make another atv one day it will be with a different type of engine so it must have something more pulling power. engine as used here, is a focal motor a little difficult to drive at first, takes some time to know.

@marchondaracing LOL...There is no reason to be afraid, there are no problems or it would break. you can not make a frame for 3 "rudder, you should not have too much weight. it must be reinforced correctly, look at rally cars or dragster

thats great i did the same thing to the same quad but i replaced the swing arm with a homemade one total lenth 27 inches with a suzuki ts 250 2 stroke its a lot of fun

Did you use the stock front sprocket from the gsx and the stock rear sprocket from the quad? What size rear tire?

@slackrjakk Hello..only the engine from the GSX, front and rear is from the original atv, and everything around the engine are made in our own workshop we can say that one of the challenges was to get the three parts to fit in a straight line, and the location of the oil cooler . tire size I can not remember.

@xxsandersman123 you must be a wee bit slow in the brain, he built this with his own two hands. and it runs well, looks real good for a homemade wheeler most the other homemade wheelers look kinda lame, and its a 400cc engine not a 1000cc I being a 27 year old welder couldnt do this myself, I could weld it al lbut no way throw a engine in it and make it perform like this!!! A++++ job on this build..... oh and it would of been faster but every time he was workin on the engine ur mum was blowin

@mrATV1983 .....thanks .. It requires a lot of work to unchanged a atv so much, one must be very precise with motor position relative to clearly point. It is very important that the engine is positioned correctly in relation to the rear axle, if not sprockets and chain, destroyed very quickly ... One more thing, one should always pay close attention to safety.

And believe me, the atv has really got a lot of beating, but it still holds together.

Sweet. If you make your back suspencion more vertical, will be more confortable for fun while driving but less safety. This was just an advice but i still belive you did good job, specially with that engine. Keep up gj.
