Uploading also means u want comments and here's mine..you may weight 260 but u have at least 40 pounds extra body fat..also those 1 rep , bad form lifts don't mean strength and being big but fat also don't mean strength. I weight 90 kilos no idea how many lbs is that. I have 140 kilo bench and 200 kilo deadlift. For shoulders I use up to 70 kilo barbell military press.
so your about 200 lbs and do a one rep standing or seated millitary press at 154lbs lmao? i weight 230 and i can do a seated millitary press for 5 reps at 225lbs and 2 reps at 245lbs at least i can go over my body weight but meh i do bodybuilding training not powerlifting/olympic lifting. and don't hate on this kid making the video he's young he has time to get stronger he needs to work on his form as i saw in other videos
im his older bro and his back injury is better now and he is doing a solid powerlifting/strongman oriented routine...check out his videos...405squat, 315zecher and 1200leg press

those are not impressive like the bodybuilders, even the ones your age, they use control and only muscle power, not swing the weight to they're shoulers and heav it up with momentom. and ur not impressive with 31 inch legs cuz your 15 and 260, of course your big, but your not solid at all. im 18 and 200 lbs man, and i also know im far far bigger and stronger then u, use better skill and technique to build better. good luck man.

well one year ago may 7th i was 160lbs. then over the summer i gained 25-30lbs. and then training got better and better and over football i fell in love with the deadlift and gained 20lbs more and things just keep going up. i mean i gained almost 2 pounds a week. one hundred pounds in a year baby. man i feel good just saying that, maybe i will make a progress video sometime.

Yo man. I think you might want to rethink your approach to training. I mean 15yo and a back injury already?
If it were me, I'd start out doing the squat, deads and benches at around 70max and incorporate some shoulder and arms exercises once in awhile.
Build up the base foundation and mass, then focus on heaving in weightlifting movements.
