  • no toxic toys 4 my Q

  • hey toxic toyz are amazing

  • @MrLiam0629 You just really want to die don't you!

  • hey ben i think u were supposed to fall down with all the nerds not 10 seconds and after and nikola no need to sing your heart out or anything this isnt some really gay video

  • oh cool !! i woulld get extra credit for this vid about labor union!(homework on labor uninon)

  • this is the crappiest vid i have ever seen wow nikola you are the biggest fat anoying loser i know, and ben really?

  • America, you fucked your own country. stop blaming Asia. China owns 70% of your country

  • its this sort of properganda that crushes international trade

  • If you mean "propaganda", it looks like it's time to put a crush on international trade. Or maybe you like to see our people and pets die from poisons...not just lead, but many others. By the way, don't forget to get your melamine milk and chocolates from China too.

  • thats why i buy fairtrade

  • i dont no wat to sy... this vid is retarded

  • PROPAGANDA PROPAGANDA

  • Great message!

  • Sure you lost your middle-class factory job but don't worry. You can always be a greeter at the new super walmart opening up soon!!!

  • ya some sure would wanna work there

  • We feel the same way in Canada! Our jobs have gone to sweatshops and un-environmentally friendly companies abroad. nce we stop shopping at places like The Gap and WalMart, those corporations will stop shipping our jobs out! Let's vote for our jobs with our wallets, since our politicians are more interested in spending our taxes on wars on behalf of Oily Barons, rather than on our own economies and kids' safety.

  • Great initiative!

It's up to the adults to play the adult, now.

Spend time looking for non-chinese goods. And if they are hard to find (and they are) - YELL IT!

Make other customers - and the shop owner alike - know your disdain!

    It works!

  • Let's hope and pray this can make a difference for our Country!

  • new year turkey.ryan from turkey.new year all world. happy yearrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • we have to stop outsourceing OUR jobs. start buying AMERICAN and this might not happen.

  • Buying American won't help. American big business is the reason for this. When American businesses pay more to outsource than to hire Americans, then it will stop. Tariffs, and an outsourcing tax is what it will take. Make it cost more for them to outsource, and it will stop.

  • without China, the US would have nothing, & Without the US, china would be even worse.

  • how true, how true. Although I must say that I kinda like the way the Chinese dealt with their "the buck stops here" guy that was supposed to be in charge of their toy export bureacracy...they executed him!

  • haha is this a joke?

  • Gets the point accross--it is our kids who suffer if we keep letting dangerous toys (and housewares, toothpaste,...) into our country to save a little bit. Until other countries have to meet safety standards to sell here, there should be bans on anything to which children will be exposed. Adults can take their chances if they want savings over safety but not kids.

  • Great to have a chance to oppose and hopefully put an end to the shameful endangerment of our children and everyone else as well.

  • Yea!!! I enyjoed it!

  • I feel sorry for today's kids....

  • well how sad.

  • lol

  • Great video! We need to stop allowing China to poison our people & pets!

  • It is time we stand up and say enough. pretty soon there won't be a working class in this country. Alot of congress say no one ever calls them. As a member of USW we need to get off our behinds and tell them they are representing us not China. Bring back American made products.

  • The kid at 1:17 is hilarious!

  • Enjoyed it.

  • Fantastic! The kids were great and the message is clear. We need to pass this along to everyone we know, Canada should develop a version as well.

  • Fantastic! The kids were great and the message is clear. We need to pass this along to everyone we know, Canada should develop a version as well.

  • They need to unionized overseas, then this wouldn't happen.

Ironically, it would help keep some jobs here in the U.S.

  • Buy American!! We owe it to out troops!

  • Great video...I urge you all to send to your Congressmen. I'm a union supporter, but more than that, I'm an AMERICAN jobs supporter...union or not.

  • Great video, out of the mouths of babes comes the truth.

  • Toxic Toys- hopefully adults and children will look for USA made toys and other items. Support for USA is needed within the USA.

  • Great Video!!! On Christmas Morning I bet these children will look to see where their toys were made. They may not totally understand the concept of Free Trade, but they certainly understand the harm it is doing to the American people.

  • Great message- bad video. It is almost making light of the dangers of the toxic garbage China has been dumping here while our government and politicians have encouraged it. This is China's jugular vein- POISON PRODUCTS. I think more can be done to expose this catastrophe than some 9 year olds shouting a song parody into a microphone.

  • I agree that the video is cheaply done. Disagree that the message will be taken lightly. Agree that more CAN be done, but disagree that this video isn't pretty powerful in and of itself. Sometimes we shouldn't have to spend a fortune on advertising in order to wake people up.

  • Nice video. Nice reminder. Meb'be kids and adults should stop craving "things" and give gifts that don't wear out in a week, poison you or give more of our money to countries that hate our guts but love our economy. Happy Christmas to all and may the New Year be a better one.

    YMOS,

    PZR317 (Not nessecarily Dave Crabtree)

  • Love it!!!

    So so so so true.

    What do we buy now?????

    Nothing is made in America.

If it's this easy to get toxic toys

    imagine terrorists attacking the toys.

    It's obviously easy to do.

I am never buying non-American toys/cheap things again.

SO sad that it has come to this.

  • Great video, the kids did a fantastic job! We need to control our own destiny! A great economy is a circle, pay good wages to make good products to sell to our own workers. If you manufacture in another country and then ship back the product to sell at inflated prices to displaced workers, eventually, who can afford to buy it?

  • very good children you won t be poison by toys but your mom takes you at mc donald twice a week wow

  • Hersheys Chocolate being made in Mexico;"Peeps",outsourced to China; toys babies & children chew on that poison them & who should we thank?Let's start with WalMart who demanded suppliers offer products made at prices never before seen in USA history. Why,to line WalMart's pockets. They say we're saving money, but lost more wages & benefits then the pennies saved shopping cheap, dangerous outsourced products.WAKE-UP America. We've been sold to China by the biggest wholesaler ever.

  • you know, i agree with you. Where I live a huge number of products are always imported and to my surprise, the sellers of this stuff don't bother use it, moreso, they become very angry when u give their kids such sweets to eat. they can even fire u from work if found doing so. i hope people wake up and realise that it is better to save their lives than saving money..

  • I'd like to see an ad that flashes on items around a tree ... and then zooms in on the "made in China". Perhaps also make a video of dozens of shoppers (Walmart's name need not be displayed) and each item that was made outside the US, instead of the price showing up on the cash register, it could announce what country made it.

  • Pfft, if it was made in the U.S. it was practically made in Mexico anyway.

  • Excellent video. I hope people wake up and see what is happening in the name of maximizing profits at the expense of the working men and women of the World. Who knows how many people will become sick and or die due to outsourcing jobs to countries without any real safety standards such as China.

  • Great Video. Hey kids you did a really good job. Its terrible what is happening in this country with all the outsourcing and illegal alien invasion. Our food supply, our jobs and our health are all put in jeopardy by the greed of the globalist companies and their want of cheap everything, but nice high prices from the consumers. Bah Humbug corporations. You are the devil in disguise and are harming our great country.

  • Its not just toys its every thing you buy even your food has mostly been outsourced' yet they holler they need illegals to come and harvest crops here, why is the broccli I just bought at Walmart from mexico then, My bug light that I had for 2 months with a Black & Decker Name was made in China, Its very hard to find anything made in the USA anymore and I bet Sam Walton turns over in his grave he was so proud of his all American made stores.

  • This video says a lot of what is going on in the wonderful USA. Cheap, greedy, untrust worthy, incompetent companies. We need to publish a list of ALL companies that export jobs and use it against them. WE have standards. We also have rights. Those poor other countries do not...and that's what greedy companies do, they stalk countries that have low or no standards. We can not allow this to happen. For ALL human kinds sake.

Wonderful video. Thank you so much.

    Sincerely,

    UAW Memeber

  • OUTSTANDING! Very effective and convincing. That one kid with the pissed-off look near the end is priceless. This vid makes my front page thru at least New Years. Great job kids!

  • I loved this video! It sends a message loud and clear. Outsourcing is costing Americans dearly, not only financially, and the health of our pets, but now the health/lives of our children. A lead poison victim cost each family and government big bucks for the lifetime of each child/person. I think it's time for big businesses to stop and reconsider the real costs of outsourcing. Recalls are not cost affective, and how much is good health worth.

  • The unions deserve credit for much of the progress in the U.S. workplace. Today, we've turned our backs on American workers to take the cheapest way out. Great job on the video.

  • You think the toys are the only leaded things that come out for the holidays? Check the warning on the box yer cute little twinkling lights came out of that you had dear little johnny put on the tree...Instead of crying about the imports and lost jobs how about we get over the consumerism of christmas and enjoy our time together as families before we lose any of them to all the other ailments of the world...

  • It is disgraceful that we send our jobs and money to other countries that look for the cheapest way out. Dont we understand that they are our competitors and soon we will have no money to purchase any goods.

  • Unfortunately, toys are not the only toxic products being imported from CHINA. Boycott American companies that outsource to China and KEEP AMERICANS WORKING! You'll be safer and it will pull us out of this recession that the BUSH ADMINISTRATION is pushing us into!

  • HAHAHAAHAHA SANTA ARE FATHERS

  • I'm glad to have watched this. And I'm sure that's why very few people are shopping for toys this year because of those massive recalls. If I were shopping at a toy store for anyone on my list, I'd buy them some games instead (video, board, CD-Rom, etc.).

  • Boycott the toy companies that have outsourced American jobs to foreign countries and done no quality control on the products our children play with. I'll never spend another dime on Mattel.

  • This is great! Well done!

  • ELIZA

I did not hear or see the word China one time in this video. All we are saying is keep all toxic toy out of our country. I would guess you are from E.U. If that is so I ask, Do you have toxic toys in your country?

  • Great job in getting the message out, USW!

  • This is an attention getter, no doubt about it. We cannot outsource and then expect to oversee products made in other countries. We need corporate responsibility and jobs returned to the USA. Less Greed, More Responsibility.

  • Amen! When will Americans finally realize? We spent years fighting for safety regulations, now we are importing products from countries where they're where we were 50 years ago.

Buy American! Not only for safety, but to provide American jobs!

  • D O N' T B U Y

  • IT'S TIME FOR REVOLUTION-- D O N' T B U Y.

  • IT'S TIME FOR REVOUTION . . . D O N' T B U Y.

  • Not only applicable, but a great way to convey the message about this serious helath issue for our children!

  • Thanks Lu Dobs for keeping the lite on this issue-true American hero What is sick are all of the parents who haven't heard about the toys There is a whole book full of toxic toys the US Gov hasn't recalled The Salvatn Army needs extra workers to go through the book to remove the toxic toys from the donations The govt would rather collect toy taxes than protect citizens Others-still giving the toys to their kids-know theyre toxic The government doesn't care It's a money whore I'm not buying

  • I am a little bit disturbed by some of the Jingoism in this song... I agree that we should strengthen safety restrictions, and that globalization has served to undercut these restrictions, but I think the idea that if it isn't American than it is unsafe is silly. The E.U. has far higher regulations than the U.S. does. I would have preferred less China-bashing in the comments, and less pro-USA, and more just overall solidarity.

  • @elzia agreed on that. people should open their eyes.

  • This should be on National Television. Excellent work Kids!! This year I bought ONLY American made things for my kids. WE all should Buy American.....and Get this message out. IT will help the kids and our economy!!

  • Kids done a great job I hope America is listening. I would much rather have people enjoy this than here of a tragedy of a young child poisoned by these toys.

  • Great Video!!! I love it. It's time that the American people wake up and start caring about what's happening to the working class in this country. We're losing our jobs to China and other foreign countries at an alarming rate. Sure, according to the Bush administration, "the economy is strong" if you consider the new jobs he's created are all Wal-Mart and McDonald's jobs. Bring back American manufacturing jobs!!!!

  • Great video! Has anyone connected Autism to the lead in the toys? Bring back American made to this country!

  • A great way to get a point across.

  • 20 to 30 years ago not ALL toys wre made in China. Try and find anything made in the U.S. today and it isn't possible. STOP U.S. TRADE with CHINA!!!!!!!

  • How did we ever survive to grow up before we fully grasped the horror that is "toxic toys", "lead based paint" and the absence of "trigger locks"?

I'm a lot more concerned about Bush in the oval office than toys that will indemnify parents against fulfilling their responsibilities and second hand smoke!

  • It's Great!!!!

Now make one for all of us in N. America... and you've got a major hit. Canadians don't want lead in their kids' toys either

  • We cannot forget our Northern Friends, good point!!

  • And to a guy that has a screen name sex4dan that said WORST SONG EVER. Yeah Right! We are going to VALUE your OPINION. My question to you is with a screen name such as sex4dan what are you doing watching any video that has kids in it. Get a life dude

  • massijc you say -----Great video!!! It's a shame so many people only see the cheap products and not the poison and loss of jobs that comes with their purchases. Then you say thingd like----It's apparent your parents allowed you to chew on toys containing lead. That's what lead to your learning disability. Brain damage not lead poisoning you imbecile! I only have one question. Did you have lead toys as a kid?

  • Great Video - It is not just the toys that is making our kids sick, but the food we are importing as well. Stop all the importing and pay the extra money to get made in America. It is better to have less but quality than a whole lot of junk that will not only make you sick but put more Americans in poverty.

  • PLEASE make an INFORMED comment. Lead & other toxic substanaces which are "let" into OUR country CAN & do not only kill CHILDREN, but make others VERY SICK... sometimes for the rest of their lives due to the damage done to internal organs! No hate here, only sincere concern for OUR children who are THE future of OUR cuntry. Remember freedom is not free... MANY people DIED for OUR freedoms that WE enjoy TODAY. PLEASE do NOT devalue the cost of a life...

  • Great video!!! It's a shame so many people only see the cheap products and not the poison and loss of jobs that comes with their purchases.

  • Best video, receives my vote as number one!

  • I am the Vice President of USW Local 10-0086 and I am proud to be a part of the organization at the forefront in the fight to protect our children. It is about time for the elected officials that we put in office to protect our families and not the right of the mulitnational corporations. The United Steelworkers Leadership has demonstrated its commitment to our children.

  • It is a shame that as we watch our manufacturing jobs leave the USA we have to deal with what is all behind free trade! We put our kids and grandkids at risk. As well we are putting the healt of the kids in China who are producing these toxic toys at risk. As a Member and President of a United Steel Workers Local, I appreciate this information on YOUTUBE. We must keep up the fight to stop the nonsence.

  • I am a USW 309 member. Steelworkers are doing a great job getting the word out. But don't slow down now. My local had a party for needed children Friday night and there were may there that didn't know there had been so many recalls. Keep up the good work.

  • I belong to Local 310 here in Des Moines IA

    heed the lesson

  • Great video, I am USW local union member and am glad that we are getting the word out through all forms of media. Its not about insulting other countries or the people that live there, its about these american owned companies and the american government who are putting or children at risk to save a buck.

  • Excellent way to let the government know the futility of sending our jobs overseas.

  • Not all toys... just 30 million this year! That doesn't include the millions of other faulty and dangerous products that are flooding our country. China and our government shouldn't be insulted, they should be embarrassed!

  • Very funny! I know that you are being tongue-in-cheek. Nobody is really that stupid. You are either a comedian or clueless. I wonder?

  • Good video; it gets the message out. We have to protect our children and stop importing toxic toys!

  • Great video and even more important message stop risking our children lives just to save a buck.

  • wow nice way to spread your hate

  • wow nice way to spread your hate

  • wow nice way to say the same thing twice

  • great video - incredible message!!!!!

  • This was a great idea. I do hope the message is taken seriously.

  • Awesome job kids. Great message that needs to be heard by all. Get the Lead Out is an outstanding campaign. A+++++++++++

  • Currently the lead is about our children, and these youth did a great job.Get the lead out is a very worth while campaign.

Remember there is a rock classic called get the lead out too!

  • I won't ever be able to sing "Jingle Bells" again without remembering the words to this jingle. The kids did a fantastic job!

  • Why hasn't this hit the mass media??? The best video as it should be understood by all parents this Christmas. Stop the pollution of the American Toy Chests!

  • This is excellent and needs to heard by everyone in Washington D.C. and then make the idiots memorize it. Well better not do that because it'd take the rest of their lives, but at least they'd be doing something.

  • Made in the USA - No other words needed

  • This is not a union, non-union issue. people need to wake up and realize every protection the government put in place to protect consumers has been bypassed by free-trade agreements. And now our kids are being poisoned by their favorite toys, and most of us fail to believe our govt. and corporate America let this happen.

  • Get a life , Unions Made the working families the true american dream, Not a silver spoon life style, Life w/outunions is why the working class today is struggling

  • Need to get the word out , Lead is back and our kids are in trouble. We have lived in a lead free genration, now we buy all nonamerican products. Time we change back Save our KIDS Pass the word

  • Great job kids! i really think that you are makeing a change in our world.

  • I love it! Great job! You can't go wrong with made in the USA

  • Att: iak814 I'm a mother of 2 beautiful and healthy childern. I'm not union but none the less I'm very proud of the work the steelworkers are doing to bring attention to this serious issue. Obvisiously your ignorant to the deadly facts on this issue. Family safety vs. corporate greed ??????

  • HEY iak814

There are more examples of kids in comas because of toxic toys.

Now how about explaining your views to the parents of these children

  • Toxic toys, another great example of the broken trade policies we face ! First our jobs, now our saftey!

  • Too easy? Get your head out of the sand then you could have heard this.

According to the Minnesota Department of Health, a 4 year old child died last month from lead-induced brain swelling after swallowing a piece of the bracelet made in China.

''Laboratory analysis of the charm from the child indicated it contained 99 percent lead," the department said in a statement; the safety threshold for lead content in jewelry is 0.06 percent.

  • LOL, this is almost too easy.

The amount of lead was tiny, from what I hear. So recall the toys, that's fine. Fair enough, there's danger.

Now show me where ONE single child has died from lead poisoning in regards to these toys.

Its nothing more than OVERPLAYING THE DANGER.

Gheez, people are idiots. PANIC, FEAR, DANGER!!

WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE (If the government doesn't do something.)

A kid has a higher chance of being killed on the way to school than dying from lead poisoning.

  • Get tested..,.I think you may well have been exposed early in life. Lead exposure seldom kills children while they are children you idiot. It does impair their ability to develop intellectually...ergo my suggestion you get blood work done. What a doughhead

  • Your ignorace on the whole issue is pretty scary when you think of it. You must be a poor lost soul that has no family or friends is all I can think, I mean why else would you condon lead in the mouths of babes. They are the ones most effected.

  • It's apparent your parents allowed you to chew on toys containing lead. That's what lead to your learning disability. Brain damage not lead poisoning you imbecile!

  • iak814

Please buy lead toys for all the children you claim to love. Sit back don't worry watch them stick the toys in their mouths it won't hurt them. You sound like a manager that thinks profit is more important then the health of American kids.

  • How many times has the government exploited children and put them in front of a camera just to make them feel good. Let's see politicians do it real well they actually seek out children in the audience so that they can kiss them and make themselves look so concerned about our kids when all they want is to be elected.

  • Do you even know what's happening or is your head in the clouds? Many of the local stations all over have been doing specials on this - just because the Union had someone come up with lyrics to a song and has children singing is doesn't make it any less important.

  • How dare you criticize anything anyone has to say about poisoning our kids? We all need to step up to the plate and keep our kids-animals-parents-grandparents anyone who is here safe.

  • As for competing in the world -you had best do your research last time I check unless you are extremely wealthy you to might be without a job if they all go oversees if no one works no one can purchase anything.

  • Your right ... typical union stuff caring about working families. I guess you would rather have people working in sweatshops, living in squalid dwellings, being paid $5 an hour and feeding familes poison. At least they have ideals about helping working people. The health, safety and environmental standards and living wages policies were built on the backs of working people.

  • my girl friends child has a lead count of over 20 because of lead toys he is 2 years old. He's not union either and his mom works a non union job, Get a life, It's not about a union job is about children. And yes I would love for the jobs to come back to the USA . And I don't care if they are union jobs it's better then well fair for the peole who lost their jobs. and how it 12.00 a week wages fair trade,

  • George Bush plays on fear not the USW. I guess you still have your job, guess it hasn't gone to China yet huh?

  • Sing it from the roof tops, its a catchy phrase "see where toys are made" as the ships come to our ports loaded with this low standard trade items and leave empty makes us more of a dumping ground. These kids are good and right on mark with their message.

  • Sing it Loud and Sing it Proud - out of the mouth of bades comes the truth. Thank you and keep on keeping on!

  • I hope the voices of these children ring very loudly in the ears of our representatives in Washington. Louder than the cha-ching of corporate profit. The safety of our families comes first!! Protect America Buy American!

  • The kids did a great job in highlighting this problem. The public should be made aware that for products produced in most countries outside of North America there is no accountability for what happens to us and our families if we are made ill or die.

  • Keep The Lead out of Toys, But American!! Great Jobs Kids!!

  • Great job kids. Listen to our children, not only do they not want to be poisoned, they want mom and dad to have a job in order to buy a few toys. Any politician's watching? Now is the time to act.

  • Great job kids!!! Unions have pleaded with congress to incorporate appropriate standards into trade agreements for years, but all they seem to care about is big business and what is good for them. Now it is affecting our children!! Its time to speak up AMERICA!! Call your Congressman and ask him or her what they intend to do about this issue!

  • Amazing job!!Visibly they are angry and rightfully so!!!We need a Canadian version to set a fire under our politicians butts!! This should be viewed globally in schools, to educate more youth on how the decisions of the adult political world affects all of our lives. I would like to see this aired on CBC Canada, Cnn and all public broadcasting entities!! Michael Moore needs to see this. I will forward this to him. Bev USW SISTER fr Kimberley,B.C. Canada

  • Everyone should see this. Millions of kids are at risk from toy toxins. It's chilling to think how many aren't even diagnosed for long-term damage their health suffers.

  • Why would we even consider allowing toxic toys into our Country much less give them as gifts. Consider buying Made in the USA.

  • GREAT idea!!! This should be a TV ad going out on all of the networks!!! It has a catchy beat, and I think kids and adults alike will think about this each time they hear Jingle Bells!!

  • Whoever came up with this idea is creative and talented. Someone has to look out for our children!

  • Great job by the children of the USW. Continue to put the pressure on our legislators to do the right thing.

  • My kids were made in the USA and so are their toys!!!!!!!

  • Call your Congressmen and let them know that these practices and others which risk Americans health and jobs must stop now. Great job kids! p.s. tell mom and dad to stay out of Walmart.

  • These kids are on the ball, smarter than most of our members of Congress.

  • Listen to the kids.. Call your Congressman and have them stop letting other countries poison our children.

    Buy AMERICAN!!!!

  • Because there's no poison coming from America, right? You are an idiot.

  • The only short term protection for our kids is to buy only American made toys. Out Government will not protect us until we take it back in next year. Please get this video and this message spread as broadly as possible. Our children are truly in serious danger!!!!!!

  • Good for you. I belong to USW local 884. Right on ..your message is loud & clear.

  • BUY AMERICAN - Save our children, our jobs, our country.

  • Our thoughts are the same as the kids that were representing us with an excellent message. It is up to US to get these toxic toys banned from being imported into our country. Hopefully this message will be heard by someone to change our government's way of handling imports into our country. Look for MADE IN USA on all the products you buy. To be American is to BUY AMERICAN!

  • Tell your Congressman that we will not stand for this crap coming into "Our United States." I have seen first hand what this kind of nonsense does to our brothers and sisters and children. Stand up today and let your voice be heard....

  • Smart kids!

  • This is awesome!! we have to hold elected officials accountable. Call your congressman today.

  • Every CEO in the great USA should see this video

  • You can tell the kids had a great time doing this! Now if we can just find some American-made toys!

  • I know a guy that makes hand crafted wooden toys that are non toxic. Google Dave Spencer.

  • These kids did a great job, now we should do ours and try to get these toxic toys out of our markets. As usual our government doesn't care about the consequences of opening our markets that put our kids and our pets, and our citizens lives in jeopardy. A"level playing field" means a lot more than just our environment.

  • PROTECT OUR KIDS!

  • Most people know exactly what the price is but never look to see where this junk is made. Look at it this way, pay a little more now and give your children and grandchildren safe toys made and inspected in America or let them pay for it later with health issues. And, we all know the price of health care in this country. Come on people stop burying you head in the sand. Pick up Michael Moores SICKO - you will be enlightened.

  • Thank you, good job kids!

  • Great Lyrics that send a powerful message for the Holidays. The corporate greedheads must be punished for their misdeeds.

  • Our cheap crap wal-mart culture that exploits workers and destroys the environment in China (& all the rest of the countries that US jobs have been exported to) has come home to roost and the children are the innocent victims. Wake up folks!

  • I haven't stepped in Walmart for six years. I agree that we live in a walmart crap culture. We are being ruined by our selfish ways. We need to realize it may be one of our jobs going overseas any day now. US workers need to band togethe
