@punkiedoo87 a brownout is actually a real term used in electrical engineering for when the voltage in the grid falls by a certain amount, generally having the effect of dimming the lights without actually knocking them all out. It's not quite the same as a blackout, which is when the grid fails completely and there is no voltage at all.
