Thats great, then the planning committee say "Yes, but what will the extension do to the character of the building?" and I have to go and model the whole thing in 3D based on drawings like these that turn out to be totally inaccurate!

@3Deity Would you care to elaborate? Is that statement conjecture or have you found this particular use of Image Modeller to be lacking? I'm genuinely interested for some feedback based on it's uses. Thanks.

@Patriot1916 Yeah, its very simple but most people don't get this; CAD is reality in measurement, animation and previz is 'suspension of disbelief'. Ergo modelling something in a cad package from a photo is never going to be accurate and can add large amounts of work. Usually plans are inaccurate too, the best modelling is by laser scanning the building then decimating the data produced.
