best phone i ever had. dont give me a thumbs down. it turns off randomly because u left it open too freakin long or its out of battery... if u put it in its case the it doesnt say please say a command, in fact, i dont put mie in its case and it STILL never says that... i have the intensity II but htey r pretty much the same. i had it for abut 8 months before i lost it and got a new one, and it worked fine!

Seriously, it says "PLEASE SAY A COMMAND" so often that my friends and family all say it out loud, every time, because they're so used to it randomly yelling when its just sitting on the table. It's like the wind can press that button. Otherwise, very good phone.

It is the exact same phone as the Samsung Doubletake by Alltel, that is what I have, I see some differences but not much. One is that where it says Verizon on that phone, it says Alltel on mine.

it sucks. i like my old alias better. good for a week then it just slowed down. everyone i know who has this phone has the same problem, incoming texts freeze it for a few seconds and theres a one to two second delay on every command done. and it will send texts to different people on the "quick reply" option. plus no video camera. but without a data plan, verizon doesnt offer any other phones..... SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!! hahahaha

WARNING: after a while of having this phone, it is prone to random shut off! Trust me, many people have this problem. It will shut off after closing the txt pad to quick or dropping it after about three months of having this phone.

I hate this phone. My sister Returned it after the month she had it. I tried to fix it for her. We had problems were the phone was doing shit by it self and the buttons weren't being pushed. We brought it in to Verizon 3 times. Also another time it would not charge. It would be plugged in the charger was brand new. we bought one 2 times. And STILL it would not charge. SO we brought it in again! Got a new battery. After the 4th time we brought for the same button problem we just get her a new one

This phone sucks sometimes because it will automatically dial your speed dial numbers and other numbers in your pocket and doesn't lock right away. I would turn your back light display to the lowest setting at 7%, so your phone will lock quicker for you when you put it in your pocket this has helped me. My phone kept on automatically dialing this girl I know and she would keep talking to me and I wouldn't respond. Just to save you some hassel.
