Google images were very low resolution and there was no uniformity on those pictures; different dated strips covered DPRK...For example image strips are patched with different seasons pictures, at random, to evade the truth about that country.
Black-outs are everywhere in the World: Portugal, Brazil, even in USA; Google chooses the pictures!...
