It was an outtake from a recital for a music club that awarded him a small scholarship a year-and-a-half ago. He was just over 18 then.

He won the competition and got to sing a small solo in Seasons of Love with the Stars. Coincidentally, he is now in rehearsal to play the role of Roger in "Rent" at University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
