A quick note, this does still work, however the low level/twink isn't able to actually Roll on the mount. It's up to the person killing it to loot the mount then open trade with the low level/twink outside of the phased area. Getting multiple mounts from one figurine, as people have posted does no longer work though. 1 per figurine.
if your a level 70 or 60 for example and make it to the steampools but you can't kill that guy what do you do? you ask one of 85 guild members or friends and use the guild perk...Have group will travel summon him there to attack and your laughing..well cause the mount droped
@inika1000 I'm having trouble understanding your post it doesn't really make sense.
The only way you are going to see the boss, Dormus, is to get ported there from using the correct figurine. Theres no point in using the figurine with your twink. The have group will travel summon will not bring that person into that phase. Was there something else you were trying to say?
confirmed the reins are no longer group lootable or master lootable but you can still trade them within 2hrs if in range (pre 4.1) as for the one hump or two achieve pm me.

Like in the vid, i log out, then log back in 25 mins He's back! so that works BUT I brought my other friends this time, she couldn't see the loot roll. So i log out, log in 25 mins later again, this time going out of the phased zone first and with someone else. We saw each other even /wave. We went in, she disappeared behind me but stood exactly where i was. Still nothing. Did i do wrong?
@bradypus55 ok, when you were killing the big elite, you are sure your friend was with you in the minimap all the time? because if not, your friend will not get the loot.
@70twink Thanks for the reply! :P So yeah, i asked her to stand where she saw me on the map during the first fight. I notticed i started the fight before she came so the next time i waited for her (and walked out of the phased zone). Maybe she was suppose to buff me? or maybe we both have to ride a duel mount like in the video? Interesting note though: It was just before the server reset, after it reseted, the buff and the elite was still there! make sure to add that in the description! :P

Well, I do not really know what happened there, but I'm wondering why your friend has not received the loot, I'm not understanding this. because what you told me it was done alright. and you do not need the dual-mount and buff from your friend.
I used the dual-mount because my cousin "Goblini" had no flying mount, he was level 59 I think.
@70twink I'll keep trying and experimenting. Was your counsin in the same guild at the time? Though i doubt it'll make a difference. Worst come to worst, i'll try the "trade the loot afterward" way that SelenyumSe34 pointed out before me. And i REALLY hope blizz won't change this in patch 4.1. I got a couple of friends here who grew envious of my mount! hehe
@bradypus55 I just gave (yeah, okay, SOLD) the camel to 5 different people. They won't see the loot roll, however if they are in your group and close enough they will be eligible to have the reins traded to them for the next 2 hours. Just take the camel yourself, fly out of the Steam Pools so you can see each other, and trade them the mount.
@bradypus55 Maybe they hotfixed the group looting ability for the reins? only other thing I could think is maybe an addon. try master looting it as well.
@deleter27 ok first of all, if you're doing farming with two accounts, why not let two chars on Uldum :) one char stand still at spawn point and the other flying around, with this you will have more chance to finding the Camel Figurines ^^
@deleter27 Only 2 hours? ok. just keep that in mind, It is not easy, I found 13 Mysterious Camel Figurines in total, and only 3 teleported me to the "Camel-Dormus Hoarder". and it took me 2 months for these 13 figurines.

This doesn't work anymore. Once you log out or get d/c, you lose the debuff, so it's no longer possible for lower levels to jump in.

on my 70rogue i do 9-10k eviscerate. on my 70hunter(not geared) i reach 7-8k aimed shot.

Btw, so you need 2 accounts, 1 so the twink can roll for it, and 1 to farm the mysterious figurines with?
You farm with the 85, then get ported there when you discover the right one, then you just camp ur 60 twink there, profit?

@deleter27 ok first of all, if you're doing farming with two accounts, why not let two chars on Uldum :) one char stand still at spawn point and the other flying around, with this you will have more chance to finding the Camel Figurines ^^
