With the right type of coaching he can become a top safety. After 2 games in the NFL, he'll realize that getting a good hit is a bonus and that wrapping up is the true talent. Or he will be a bust for sure.

Head to Head? Are you serious? The guy is 6'3 how can he hit and throw with his shoulder without adjusting his head with it? this was helmet to helmet, no doubt....but by no means was this a dirty play....after watching the replay, I can appreciate the fact that taylor mays led with his SHOULDER, not his helmet....and that it was unfortunate that the penn state player happened to miss all of his shoulder and just catch the helmet part of the hit...

It wasn't really dirty on Mays' part, but it is a flag and was helmet to helmet. Best thing was when Norwood scored on him in the second half after the hit...Made the game a little better.

That's not what I meant at all. It obviously wasn't intentional, but Mays cared more about his 'rep' than his teammate. After the hit he just acted all hard, completely ignoring the fact that his teammate was hurt.
