there are plenty of rollerbladers who killed themselves pratically doing the leap of faith! its in southern california behind a highschool and i heard they put an elevator there. this guy is named ian brown and hes from australia and he took a nasty fall! ofcourse this was 9 years ago!
And yep, he opened up too early! the only real fault in doing a 180! you can never judge correctly when to come out when jumping over things like fences. And man he got up quick! Australians are tough!
a lot of newbies cant raise the leg up HIGH and tuck to clear the leap for as long as it takes, be a bit braves and jump a little bit later might help, i dont know the jump so i cant really say, also, "straddddd" how quickly is a friend supposed to come? ready to catch? you can see the cameraman readying to help him, by that time he was already back up

leap of faith... nasty gap... looked like he made it but then he caught the rail... how did it happen like it seemed like he was clear of the rail.

he hit the blue ledge that stuck out about 3-5 inches out after the rail and clipped that and bailed
