I just got a hamster for my son this week and poor thing had to learn its way around its new home ,she kept forgeting the way up to the top part where her wheel and bed is ! and was climbing the outside of the tunnel to it getting frustrated instead of going in and up through it .Only took an hour or so though for her to learn !

i got two male chinese dwarfs yesterday and i tryed to take them out and they went completly stiff. i put them back in there cage but i havent seen them eat or drink. they are still dead stiff. is this because they are scared because every time i go near the cage they hide sumwhere.

aqtually the cage isnt small at all if u see this is the upper floor , behind it it has a little pipe that leads down , i guess this small cage is where food is or where it sleeps or smth like that , but it isnt the whole cage

but it's always like this. if you buy a rat cage...it's too small for rats. if you buy a ferret cage...it's too small for ferrets...and so on.that's because i always build the cages for my animals by myself. :)
