It isn't redubbed. Besides redubbing Excel would be rather hard(her role took 2 voice actors). FUNimation seems to know when a dub is already good.

Funimation is distributing anime that has already been previous licensed and/or dubbed by other companies, due to said companies shutting down. Funi is keeping things in circulation because half of the anime from shutdown companies would be out-of-print if not for Funi and other places having distribution rights.

@adamfsh I think Excel is someone else, I know about halfway through the ADV dub they swapped Excels VA becuase the original hurt her vocal cords and wasn't able to heal in time to finish the series. I never heard the replacement though so I can't say exactly.

It leads to a rather funny moment in the manga where the new girl (who doesn't appear in the anime) finds Hyatt dead and massively freaks out, while Excel is just kinda like "Oh that happen again?
