Mount the camera to the bike for a way better angle. And filming in 1080 on a GoPro is silly 9 times out of 10. Unless your entire video is meant to be in conservative slow motion, 30 fps just looks shitty and jerky. 720p still looks awesome, but at 60 fps you have smoother video and the option to slow down film dramatically. It's what AFFT always uses when we film.
