Hvis dette nummer sætter STANDARDEN for hans kommende album (ved godt at dette nummer er en genindspilning)... så bliver det sku da bare sådan et FEDT album :-)
@joergen100 : As far as this one number goes, I think Tim actually does a better job singing than Crowded House does in the original. And i'm not usually a big Tim C fan, but this is a GREAT cover
@BoEschricht Hi there, Yes, but the REAL version is 'Songwriter circle' in England, where Neil is performing solo (search songwriter's circle' or Neil Finn Acoustic) This in my opinion ofcourse, and we don't have to agree.
I find Neil a better singer than Tim, but Tim a marginally better guitarplayer than Neil
And yes, it is a fantastic cover - completely agree, and those two guys should get together one day: Pure magic!

I really like TC too, have all his (and DML's) CDs, but happen to think that Neil Finn on this (his own) song performs better, especially as an acoustic solo artist, where he is pretty special.
I have TC's acoustic session from the old Apple studio too, and he is great. I have to say that his voice - again, in my opinion - is a bit too nasal for me, and not the same quality as NF's, but hey, not a lot in it.

Nobody can sing a song "better" than the original song the way the artist intended it to sound... only differently.

Synes faktisk den her er bedre end Crowded House udgaven. Tims stemme gør lige det sidste.

Tim is a super-fantastic guitar player, but he doesn't sing as well as Neil.
Neil is a super-fantastic guitar player, and he sings better than Tim
BUT they are both amazing.
