I have to say that when i was 13 i could do all of that before i even started freerunning or parkour....except for the wall runs, i have trouble with those. im 15 and ive been freerunning for 2 months, and ive gotten better at my wall runs...the only problem i have is doing flips.

Piece of advice, parkour is not all about just doing tricks and clearing obstacles. Find a path from point A to point B with plenty of obstacles in between. Every day, try to run that path while finding the fastest method to point B as possible.

As you become more smooth at clearing obstacles, you should decrease your time on this run. Once it becomes too easy (maybe after 2-3 weeks of the same path), try to find a more difficult path with more obstacles and ones which may be more difficult.
