A little trivia: The woman who plays Ann (Mary Crosby) one of the pretty main characters, is Bing Crosby's daughter. She used to play on Dallas and SHE shot J.R. !!! :)

Like everyone else posting here, I too saw this as a teen probably 15 years ago. I always remembered it, and had hoped I would someday find it again. I did a random google search today, and omg I managed to find it and amazingly, it was posted on youtube! I always thought this was so creepy and cool concept.

OK, so I watched the whole thing for the first time in probably 25 years. I do remember certain parts of it, though I don't remember the surprise ending at all.

With the possible exception of the wife, the acting here is dire. But it's quite a creepy and unique concept, and it obviously has very left a strong impression on many people. It's remarkable that so many folks strongly recall this film having seen it only once and so long ago. Fascinating.

I have been looking for this one for a very long time. The problem was that in Southamerica, where I live, this tv show was translated as "Theater of Horror". It used to be aired on saturday night and was one of my favorite tv series when I was a young man. I remember this episode since I had a kind of claustrophobia after watched it.
