I highly recommend this drama, it's currenty my favourite having watched it many times, it's a amazing story with a great pace for those who can understand and appreciate true development and understanding of all the characters. @bewzerw No!!he didn't leave to his real parent .After Woo Ri's mon accident,Ma Ru went out to look for Cha Dong Jo's mom,at that time Dong Jo was already at the hospital.By then on the 3 of them leave together(Cha Dong Jo,his Mom &Ma Ru).You go to Kimchi Drama it's complete there.
