this is just totally fabulous (make sure you click up to the HD setting. Karen on those drums. The fabulous Tony Peluso (RIP). Is that Tom Scott there on the sax? But above all, it's all about Karen. Totally pitch perfect, even when hanmmering the drums, and to hear her phrasing on We've Only Just Begun is astonishing.

What a good video! I´ve seen this before but only the part of performance on stage. This time, I enjoyed their arrival to Japan and the rehearsals before the performance. The quality of this copy is very good. Thanks for sharing it.

You can almost imagine Cynthia Gibb watching this concert on tape while she was rescearching Karen's life, she could get Karen's stage mannerism's down pat for "The Karen Carpenter Story" that was made in 1989...
