I do not know the Blade MCX. was just looking for sothing for indoor. and i love the lama2 from walkera. I am flying it for 1 week now and improving by the day. the controls are just so accurate and the rpm of the rotor is controlled perfectly(others tend to react to fast ore to slow). go for it and you will not regret it.
im gettin the lama 2 for chrissy. and by the looks of it, it will be AWESOME i recommend you watch the vid called Walkera Lama 2 Micro Coaxial Helicopter Review! it will tell you everything you need to know
i have the metal edition. if very stable after major adjustments. i think the plastic version is more stable.
i have a cheap 4channel all plastic heli and is 2 times more stable than my metal Lama 2.

Hi! I got this one since 1 week. When I push the pitch stick forward the heli drifts forward and about 30 degrees to the right.
After this gesture it begins a huge and ever expanding TB (Toilet Bowl effect).
I was told to adjust the the trim - did that did not help
I was told to adjust the tiny screw on the 5in1 to adjust sensitivity - did not help either
Help - my poor heli behaves as though drunk....I'd like to get back to straight flying soon.
Much gratitude to anyone who can help.

Cool vid,you're a good pilot!
I'm thinking to get either this or the Blade MCX.
I had a bad experience with the 5G6 that had problems, but your lama2 looks very good and stable, plus its $40 less than the MCX.
Hmmmmm
