I feel like there's a lot having to do with hiding. The people in the party all have masks on and they're dancing very properly. But those without masks are very sexual and open with each other. Ruth Ann Boyle was in a UK group named Olive. I know they have had at least two releases. She released a solo albumn in 1997 produced by Cretu and it's available on iTunes only. From what I can tell, she is not in the video.
