uummm I got a collar to fit my kitten at 4 weeks old he weighed half a pound and fit in the palm of my hand why can't they find a collar to fit that puppy that appears to be about twice the size my kitten was. The whole thing is highly exaggerated and all for 5 minutes of fame, just sad they had to get it through their puppy.

You don't know the first thing buddy. The dog is indeed a little nervous, and..? it's likely scared of the stranger(s) with the camera; tail's still down and it still tries to get away when let down.

Permissively enabling your dog to run away or hide behind you so it never learns strangers are safe and ok is not the appropriate course of action- that can lead to fearful, anxious or even aggressive behaivors. In training terms it's called socialization, look it up.
