T-blades, you can get the parts at the hockeymonkey website, but you may have a hard time finding someone at the ice palace to mount it for you. I plan on doing a 'To T-blade or not to T-blade' video in the future from the top skaters at the ice palace.
Also, you can find skates that already come with T-blades at the same website. However, you may want to wait until the video comes out before invest in them.
Depends on the runner and weight of the skater, Mark uses a 9 which is the deepest hallow, coupled with his size and weight makes quite a racket. Needless to say, he's never going to be able to sneak up on anyone unless he's going slow.

Actually, one of the more formidable xtreme skaters at our ice palace is Shanel (See the video), not only can she do xtreme skating as well as any guy, she's a head figure skating instructor as well which doubles her abilities over the average xtreme skater.
The guy that has the greatest potential is JJ, he blends everything he can, from xtreme skating, to figure skating, making his skating style unique and graceful.

All I know is hes better than me and i would love to learn but my cousin JJ hasn't been teaching me that much so right now I'm pretty much a beginer at extreme skating. If you compare him to Sky or Ricky, what are they, 5'5, 120 lb? So obviously they're going to have the upper hand in maneuverability against a guy that's 6'2 & 200 plus. Even JJ is light for his height, which is why he can do the things he does. But against Mark in a race, Mark tears them up and he's going backwards doing it.

By the way, is this the same JJ that works at the ice palace and had Chanel laughing at him doing the ina bauer on Friday night? :] You want to see a wicked extreme skater, Chanel is out of this world. She's easily up there in ability with Ricky and Sky, maybe even more so with her figure skating abilities. I want to get her on video some time in the future.

Mark tends to make quite an impression, being 6-2ft 200 plus pounds is hard to miss. Couple that with the fact he's running 9's on the T-blades, he's like Moses parting the ocean of onlookers at the Ice Palace. It's fun to watch people's reactions when he's out on the ice. It's everything from awe, to fear, and wonder. However, you can't meet a nicer guy if you have a question about a certain ice skating move, technique or trick. Mark loves helping people.
