I have a fatty liver and an umbilical hernia and I have never been overweight or fat and I have always exercised daily so I don't get how this happened to me.

@PoorBoy1979  No, I have non alcoholic FLD. My probems started after I had 3 major surgeries and I got a plastic mesh rectocele placed to repair an organ prolapse in 2006.

@Ladyhawkwright: You do not have to be overweight or even drink alcohol to have fatty liver or a hernia. Sometimes even exercise can cause a hernia. As for the liver this can happen from improper fat metabolism, waste removal and carbohydrate consumption. At one time I did have the Hevnawe Naturopathic Approach for Liver Issues on my channel in the comment section, but it was later removed. If in the future I get time I will repost.
