No it only works in the Bowser fights, because that's the only place where the graphics for shockwaves is. It would still make shockwaves in other levels, but you either wouldn't see them, or they'd show up as something else.

The default D-Pad for pj64 v1.6 is... Left: Delete, Up: Home, Right: Page Down, Down: End. If you ever need to check any buttons, just go to the controller plugin configuration.

No, you only need one controller. Maybe you typed in part of the code wrong?  Or maybe it only works on an emulator. I haven't tried it on my actual Nintendo 64 with a gameshark, but I have on my emulator.

Actually those sound effects come from two different cd-i zelda games. The king says those lines. Cd-i actually stole the zelda characters from Nintendo without their permission to make those games, and they were really crappy, but people use them to make funny Youtube poops. =) Those two lines are used a lot.

No it's NTSC. But the code only works in the third Bowser fight. That's the level that the graphic and animation values are for so that's the only place it will work.
