This video was made more to explain how the overall GEO satellite system works so that satellite phone consumers can determine if sat phones on a GEO system will be suitable for their specific requirements and potential applications. Unfortunately we aren't equiped to delve into the extremely technical details of satellites. However, I did find this video titled:
"How To Understand Satellites In Its Orbit" by videojugeducation
It goes into some generic detail regarding how a satellite stays in orbit...it's not highly technical and perhaps you've seen it already but it covers the basics. Goodluck in your search.
