Bix Beiderbecke was on cornet. The Victor 78 single by Paul Whiteman reached no. 1 on the pop singles charts where it stayed for one week in 1928. This was the first of Bing Crosby's 41 number one singles he achieved during his career. Bing Crosby and Bix Beiderbecke also worked together on From Monday On and Mississippi Mud.
