You can treat yourself to good tasting food ocassionally, but the #1 priority is ratio and quantity. TY POSTER, i need something other than chicken.

Hey barthelfitness, just a little tip i use. You can boil your meet, and then put it into the refrigerator for a few hours. The fat will then float on top and become more solid so you can remove it easily. Then recook your meet or use it as you want. Cheers!

Hey barthelfitness, just a little tip i use. You can boil your meet, and then put it into the refrigerator for a few hours. The fat will then float on top and become more solid so you can remove it easily. Then recook your meet or use it as you want. Cheers!
