  • philippines has many bases of claiming spratlys especially the archepelagic doctrine that guarantees the phils. to extends its teritory to 200 nautical mile and signed by more than 100 nations in UNCLOS

  • I wrote 1~4 comments, so please click all views!

  • (Part4/4)However, a radiocarbon dating investigation revealed the structures were created just 5 years ago. Japan Uyghur Association, Ilham Mahmut said. This is ridiculous! China has no right to accuse Japan of the boat incident around the Senkaku Islands. Senkaku Islands were Chinese territory? Obviously what China says is pure wrongdoing! Appealing stupid Chinese claims are libel and slander. It is natural that Japanese raising an objection. Japan should seek damages of this incident!!

  • (Part1/4)The Senkaku islands were not inhabited up to 1895. A decade after the proposal, in 14 Jan. 1895 while in the midst of the Sino-Japanese War, Japan officially incorporated the islands under the administration of Okinawan. At that time, there were no countries claimed about the Japanese act. The geography textbook published in 1970 in Taiwan say, where every textbook had to be officially approved by the government, clearly showed the islands as Japanese territories.

  • conflicto kenia-sudan-etipia en el atlantico sur??????

  • sao không dùng quay phim màn hình cho nét lại phải dùng cái công cụ " tiền xử " này

  • oww!!, ali alatas of indonesia describes it as the "next potential conflict on the sea".. yeah,,, because it said to be that it has the potential to produce oil,,, and conflict arises because of "kasakiman",,,and if it means war-"_"we may not have the chance, philippines is just a dot compared to the nukes of china, but it doesnt mean we will do nothing"hehe

  • spratly thus and only belongs to the philippines,..it was Admiral Tomas Cloma who discovered the Kalayaan Group of islands among spratly chain, wayback in 1956, it was filipino settlers occupied the islands and no other race was present, i dont understand how indo and malay, as well as china, vietnam and brunei had a claim on it

  • Spratlys Island belong to the Philippines, and to the Filipino people,Historically,Politically, and Geographically.

  • Oh and the countries claiming that they own the Spratly's Islands are Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, Brunei and the Philippines.

  • Lol, most of the Territorial problems come from China. ps, Spratly's Islands are Philippine islands, before the oil crisis, only Philippine military were fully present there and many Filipinos live there at the present and in the past. The Chinese never even stepped on it or had any interest in it until they discovered some oil was under them.

  • @hvvvvp Sorry, Republic of China (Taiwwan) station force there since 1946.

  • @hvvvvp You haven't a clue as to what you're talking about.Get yourself some education.

  • Clearly they belong to the Philippines based on approximation rule. Using The Law of the Sea and EEZ, these islands clearly belong to the Philippines.

I don't know how China came into the picture.

  • Chin\ese people thinks it's still their Qing Dynasty. Well then they should also claim Co Chin, now part of Vietnam Laos and Thailand, and also Liu Zhing now Luzon because they actually belong to them altogether during those Dynasties. Ridiculous! Is it?

  • @2JFizzle3Clearly you have no idea.

There is no "approximation rule" I believe what you think you're talking about is proximity?Well that has no bearing on who owns what,if it did the USA would have claimed Cuba and all other countries within it's 200nm EEZ long ago.FYI, EEZ is NOT territorial waters but a responsibility.

To answer your question " I don't know how China came into the picture?"They as well as Vietnam mapped and claimed that area over 200 years ago.

  • @2JFizzle3 Arrogant fucks maybe.
