Make sure you're looking for the right piece: Lars Erik-Larsson's Trombone Concertino.

You should be able to find it on Hickey's, Sheet Music Plus, etc.

It's Lars-Erik Larsson's Concertino (Op. 45): No. 7 of the 12 concertinos that he wrote. My copy was published by Gehrmans Musikforlag... Hope that helps.
