  • Haha, you are too much fun! I loved the part where you have a pep talk with yourself in the car and you're like, "Yo- Nattygirll..." too funny! But so true!! I do the same thing..rehearsing is important for me if I am going out to a restaurant with friends or family! And "Cheese Cubricant" will absolutely become a term in my vocabulary :P it wreaks of awesomeness!!

  • hahaha :-)

pep talks come in all shapes, and accents :-)

  • Simple effective tactics! Well spoken.

  • I can just see Miss Natty in the corner talking to herself. "if I eat this now I am going to kick my ass later...is it worth it? no I dont think so"

  • hahaha, you know i would kick my own assss too!

  • that's something i'd paid to see.

  • <333333333

  • I'm definitely going to start using the phrase "cheese cubricant"

  • I love the go for the vegetables idea...also...I have apples since apple picking on Saturday.

My friends all seem to understand.

Except this one person who is kind of weird about a lot of things. So, what can I say.

    Linda

  • great great tips!!! thanks

  • i liked this a lot.

and i can relate to what your asian roommate said. i have a roommate from uganda who told me not to try and take anything out of the closet because "i'm big and she's small," so just to let her do it, hahaha ('cause, ya know, i can't fit my arm into a closet or anything)

  • My god this topic is my life!! Just posted a vid response.

  • Yeah,.. great topic! I dealt with it last weekend O,o oh boy. I usually do what you do. Plan! Taking food I can eat on the go. And when I can't I just try to make the best decision. But sometimes it's not easy :P

    Great video!

    Cheers,

    Mari

  • i nearly cried from laughter after your opening segment LOL just brought up pretty fun memories from when i was an student in Japan and my host family making several comments about how i wasn't what they expected or too big for a normal kimono... ooh yeah it was fun. LOL

i like the pep talk idea; its definitely something we all already do wether its that morning you don't want to get out bed or just not feeling up for the gym. we can talk ourselves into and out of a lot of things if we rly try.

  • great video btw!

  • amazing advice about the feeling bad after eating something that tastes good but makes us feel bad.
