Since the video was directly referenced at their graduation by Defense Secretary Robert Gates and they were also both given challenge coins by Richard Meyers, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, I hardly doubt he'll ever have much to worry about as far as this video goes. Even though he was only a student at the time, officers are allowed to be human--in fact, it's highly encouraged...one just needs to know where and when to draw the line.
