nearly nothing to do with, except some games that are CPU-intensive. And again, like it is:

AMD= Best Value for any type of solution.

This is just bullshit, I have AMD 780G on my motherboard, I tested to play Far Cry after I saw this test first time... I got 10-20 fps and huge drops. When I then tested it on a old 64MB motherboard dedicated graphicscard I got about 30-40FPS and that was with a Intel Pentium III Coppermine MMX. I have AMD Phenom II x4 on my AMD 780G board.

intel may have higher benchmarks, but i'm not into benchmarking.

i dont multitask 10 windows and 8 programs while video encoding, and 3d rendering.

i just game on my pc with 3 programs running besides the game such as fraps, teamspeak, and maybe winamp or google chrome.

for this there isnt a noticable difference in performance imo.

$270 vs $1,440 for each companies top performing chip, and the choice for me is obvious.

I love AMD's processors. I have the FX 4100 Quad-Core, and (despite the fact it has 2 more cores) it literally pisses all over my old Core 2 Duo. The only downside for me, is that I have an nVidia GeForce 7025 Chipset... which sucks. But fortunately, ATi will save me and give me a better Graphics card. Hell, then I'll have nVidia AND ATi Control Panels xD

Nvidia is pretty lower End than ATI. Why? Because With Ati you can Play in 3D with just one card well it's from 5670-6990. With Nvidia You need an SLI config to play in 3D It ranges from Gtx470-580 and Nvidia Gpu's are not cheap. But on the bright side, Nvidia goes far because of it's sexy looks. :D

@GeakZorNL It has to do with weird stroboscopic effects, how those frames line up with the rate in which teh monitor refreshes. Basically, 120 FPS will seem smoother than 60FPS even if your monitor only refreshes 60 times per second, which is the standard.
