  • In Srimad Bhagavatam Narda Muni got a transcendental body Instantaneous with death by chanting Om Namah Narayana. His mother died while he was still a child, so he went to the forrest to chant the only mantra he knew without any ritual.

  • This is sad - but the pure devotion is just so beautiful

  • this is wounderful in some way

  • Jay Nirguna prabhu. Hare Krishna.

  • I was a Hare Krishna back when I was 19-21, I am 28 now. And a Shi'ite Sufi Muslim. I may not find belief in many of the teachings, but I have to say we all find our place with God. For Nirganu dasa, I pray it was a passing with ease and the Holy Names of the Lord on his mind and lips. Being Muslim i have my views and I remember the Vaishnava views. All in all, ISKCON will always hold a place in my heart. Here is to you Nirganu Prabhu, I wish you well on your journey to find your Lord.

  • @m8pleleaf do u know sufi are not considered as real muslims by sunni muslims..?

  • @AkkiSantana

where on earth did u get that crazy idea LOL. Maybe Wahhabis which ahl as sunnah wal jamaah do not consider to be Muslims. im assuming based on ur name and ur country u are hindu yes? if so, then you shouldnt be assuming such things about Muslims.

only the wahhabis consider sufis to be not muslims, which is fine by me because sunnis (ahl as sunnah wal jamaa) do not consider wahhabis to be real muslims. there deviant.

so before opening your ignorant mouth, next time get educated!

  • @XSufiSoulX who told u i m assuming anything..i said what my muslim frd told me....have fun...

  • @AkkiSantana

well according to traditonal scholarship within ahl as sunnah wal jamaa the science of tasawwuf (i.e. Sufi practice) is valid. all the scholars of sunni Islam were sufi, hasan al basri, al ghazali, ibn arabi, rabia al basri, imam junayd, imam suhrwardi, imam abdul qadir jilani, shaykh dabbagh, shaykh chisti, shaykh jalaladdin ar rumi, imam busayri, fard ad din attar, shah wali Allah, the list goes on and on. Tell your friend he is very ignorant and needs to be quickly educated.

  • and i just realized i put Shi'ite Sufi in my old post from a year ago. I am Sunni. so even though my post is a year old, thank you for replying cuz now I can correct my post in stating I am sunni. Alhamdullilah.

  • I think if we cannot be in a position to listen to the holy name chanted by devotees at the time of death(we may be in a hospital or we may not be surrounded by devotees) then we can make do with recorded temple songs or best Srila Prabhupada's chanting the maha mantra.

  • This is the ideal way a devotee would like to leave his body at the time of death. I wish I would be granted the wish to listen to Krsna's songs especially the maha mantra when I leave this world.

  • if a man dies chanting Krishna he gets Mokshe doesnt he?

  • he continues going back to Krishna process - he is given best chances to reach Krishna in shortest time.

  • ahhh but i thought in the Bhagavad Gita Krishna said those who die chanting his name will merge into him

  • There no merging... we are all individual living entities forever. Merging simply means going to sleep for long time. Then at some point you'll wake up again and take up your activities from left off point. This is not a goal of devotee of Krishna. We are trying to develop PERSONAL relationship with Him. That always takes 2, so no merging please :-).

  • so Hare Krishnas dont beleive in Mokshe? just asking out of curiosity

  • Yes, we belive in Personal moksha - liberation from meserable material condition and gaining the eternal and blisful spiritual life in association with Krishna and His devotees. Moksa is to get rid of materialistic consciousness, not the activity - activity is natural atribute of a soul and can be utilised for spiritual or material purpouse. We want to use it spiritually.

  • @kumarz998 aahhh u thought u burst a bubble here... did u??

  • For me this is the ideal way to pass away, how devoted this devotee must have been to have all the devotees by his site at the end of his life, when most people die these days with no holy names being chanted, the majority i read because of accidents or diseases, not of natural causes. I pray to Krishna to have this kind of support for everyone. Thank you haribol

  • watch?v=ry9LVdwKel8

  • krishnas tu baghavn svayam.. i really pity for u man...it taks many many life to at last understand that krishna is THE ONLY GOD!!! u may cal him by whatever name but HE IS THE ONE AND THAT IS KRISHNA. HE IS NOT AN IDOL! U R SO IGNORANT...sorry but that's tue..lol

  • you don't make sence. If you believe that GOD is one for everyone then you should not have problem excepting that different people relate to Him in different ways, which are given by great personalities who KNOW God. Hare Krishna.

  • I watch this with a little trepidation for in the Western way, despite what christianity claims to teach us, we see death as an end rather then a transition. What I see here is bittersweat to me. I see a man dying and I am powerless to help him. Yes, it's a part of life, but sometimes I just wish for that clear and certain miracle, especially for those who go before what I feel should be their time. This guy was too young.

But I swim up river with this thinking and I know it.

  • Death is always be a frightening expirience for everyone - because it is un-natural for soul to die. Death is the feature of material world, so as devotees we try to return home (spiritual world) and there is no loss on this path - thus when devotee is dying it is always a transition to something better in progression on his way back Home to Godhead. We do miss his association ofcourse, but there is no lamentation because we know that he is better off now compare to where he was. Hare Krishna.

  • where is krishna n where is tulsi... is it showing them in this video or its a thing about relgious asumption????

  • Tulasi is right behind the chanters, in a flower pot. Krishna and Lord Chaitanya's pictures are all around the person who is dieing as well as all around the walls of the room. It may not came over in this small video clip, but pictures of the deities are stuck even to the ceiling above Nirguna Prabhu, as he is lying on his back and can see Krishna right above him when he opens eyes.

  • Everyone has to die (change the body) and this video is showing how Godly person cope with this expirience, being helped to remember Krishna by community of devotees.

  • As devotees of the lord we should all hope to pass in such a situation of being surrounded by the transendental sights and sounds of Krishna and his devotees.

  • Yes. He is actually in a very lucky situation. Krishna is there, Tulasi ist there, the devotees are there. He is dying in Mayapur. I want to die like him. Krishna has rewarded him.

Thanks for posting. All Glories to Nirguna praphu.
