You go to DBeditor and change the name of the velodromeriders, then save it, the in main menu (in gameplay) you can go to options and change the database

oh sorry, it´s a 10.411^^

I used a Database of a friend, who edited the driver names. My best time is now 10.395 but i´ve never heard about someone driving a 10.364 :D
