if you don't have a topsy tail, to make the ponytail go thru easier: make loose ponytail, leave some space to pull the ponytail thru for the flip, twist the ponytail, put an elastic loosely around twisted ponytail--about two fist away form top of ponytail, flip ponytail thru, take off elastic and un twist ponytail, done.

When you use a tool like the one you use in this video or even your combs and elastics, can you please put a link in your side bar for where the items can be purchased. I do that inverted technique by hand (no topsy tail?) and end up crying as I pull my hair trough, and sometimes, right out of my scalp. Thanks, by the way, your girls are just beautiful.

a tip: if you don't have the red tool that she used what i do is i just make a hole with my first two fingers once my finger are sticking up toward the sealing and priced through the inner part of the ponytail i then spread my fingers and put the mid section of the ponytail into my fingers then i pull it down through the hole i have just made and then after that i just pull the ponytail tighter and I'm done

LOVE this look!!! My daughter was a premie and while she was in neonatal unit they shaved a part of her hair so they could place a "shunt". Well on that side (13 yrs old now) it's thin. My question is with this hair do would I part it on the thick side or the thin?
