What i like about this performance is that it's true. It comes from the heart. The song has something happy and unhappyness in it. Beside that the music is played by experienced musicians free of any restrictions. What they play and sing is about belonging. That's what make songs like this so great. They play what they live and die for. The song is theirs and that says all. They are the song they play and i love it !
It is my life long duty to see her in concert...I'm from Washington State she never comes here..I'll fly...I'll probably get molested by TSA...I don't care! I will see this woman sing live!
I love this song. Fiona is adorable... She is beautiful... I found myself deliriously happy walking (limping) on the upper east side the other day walking out of the Hospital for Special Surgery humming this song... just a wonderful love ballad
Love this song, and love Fiona! But to me, no version of this song will ever be as beautiful as the one in The Jerk, sung by Steve Martin and Bernadette Peters. :)
This is my favorite rendition of this song! It reminds me of an old song, and sure enough it was written in 1926. My mother was a young girl then; she especially would have loves the piano solo. I zoomed in, and the piano is a P.A. Starck...her grandfather! Love it!!
Something about Fiona brings out the protective caveman in me - makes me want to destroy anyone that would hurt her in any way. Strange, not a sexual attraction, just very PROTECTIVE. Is this what the good FATHER is like? :)
I LOVE her music, just wish she didn't have such an aire of HURT and pain about her.
@Just4Meeeee she sings this music because of that hurt and pain. if it weren't for that she'd be some toss out forgettable britney spears imitation. i wouldn't change her for anything
@Just4Meeeee And I wish you weren't Joe Blow or whatever your name is. It is part of who she is moron. You're probably one of those happy-go-lucky twats who thinks melancholia is some disease. There is sky and earth, water and fire. Black and white, etc. It's just cunts like you who think its less normal to not be so happy-go-lucky. What a douche!
@Just4Meeeee But you forget that's part of what makes her so beautiful. Her experience and pain. The way she expresses it...She wouldn't be Fiona without it.
