work a little bit on the lip synch, and actually add words so you know what they're saying, or talk bubbles or something, that is, unless its supposed to be a dramatic effect, then you did pretty good on this.

There's no many difference between Macromedia and Adobe. Macromedia Flash and Adobe Flash is same product I think.. Macromedia Flash for creating web or animation or software.. but Adobe Flash is just PLAYER for internet ... I think..

FLA file.. But this video was capture with CAMSTUDIO or you can try CAMTASIA studio 5 to capture SWF movie.. No need CONVERT SWF to AVI. This direct save to AVI.

or do u use a seperate editng tool to put the sound in

about the sound.. you can check in macromedia flash help F1.. but I dont use flash sound cause I export the SWF file to AVI. Or capture the swf file to avi with camstudio or camtasia video recording. I use sony vegas to add sound and tittle.
