hello! just a tip: I soak my peanuts in water for 8-24 hours before cooking them, and after the soak, the skins come off very quickly just by rubbing them together. Happy cooking!
Hey, thanx for the video , but I was really hoping to see how you have roasted them and what flavors you used. I tried to roas 200gms of peels raw peanuts but they didn't get roasted well and they just burnt! I mean some parts are still raw and some burnt. Should I had used oil or anything ?
@VietnameseCooking Actually I am using a Pan to roast them, but even if I am trying to adjust the heat level, still some of them are raw inside and some burnt on the outside, Should I like boil them so they get cooked and then roast them ?

Thank you for explaining how to roast peanuts. I think they taste better after roasting.

@hessnej are you frequently shaking them on the cookie sheet? This will make sure that they are roasting on all sides and don't let them burn.

@hessnej You can boil them a little, also try using lower heat. It will take longer to get them started, but then they will cook slower.
