I have to check this out, I've been planning a trip to Philly for a while, I'm just a few hours away in NYC and have never been. I love Ripert's approach to food, and he seems like a cool guy too, and I love his love for Puerto Rico (my mom is from there). Le Bernadin would be great to go to first, but the price tag there seems a little too steep for my taste, then again, but I know it's worth it.
As far as I know, Jennifer Carroll is still cooking there. I live in the Philly area and I've been there twice. It's a fantastic restaurant- great cocktails, great food and the pastry chef creates some amazing desserts. The restaurant itself is absolutely gorgeous as well.
Jen! Was really pulling for her on Top Chef (think the judges were too). So that's why Eric Ripert wasn't on the show last season. If I'm ever in Philadelphia, 10Arts is my first stop.

C'mon, anyone who lives in Philadelphia knows that this place is only so-so. Jen is a above average celebrity chef who's mildly attractive.

You'll love the restaurant and space. It was an old bank and it has a fantastic vaulted ceiling. Very fun. Hope you can visit. Ask for Jen.
