I had to do census bureau work there in the summer of 2010, and I'm glad I didn't lose a wheel in the potholes there. The people living in that place are scum. I blame that on greedy-ass property managers with no scruples, who will rent to anybody. It's like the concept of the north side and the south side are ignored. They don't care if it's one person paying the rent or four, as long as the rent gets paid. Fuck St. Pete's greedy property owners.
