I'll say that it looks like a rather interesting Virtual Realm. I'm guessing that it isn't as open ended on user created content as second life, otherwise it could get pretty bad.
This is one of my favorite places to 'be'..and existing in a virtual reality place is an awesome experience! Building your dream home is even more awesome, and meeting those people of like mind, who are residents of this wonderful virtual world, is even MORE awesome!
