I still can't get over how pretty they were in their teenage years, and how they look today. They were so pretty 6-7 years ago (new york minute,so little time, the challenge)! I have the feeling that they just dont want to look pretty, especially mk.

She put make up on which make her eyes smaller, the messy hair and the nosejob. I cannot understand why these girls just want to destroy their whole beauty. But anyway, i still like them, and they became super successfull business womens today :)

@TheSidhappens you realize they don't design or make samples for their clothing lines, right? there are designers (that went to design school) that design stuff for them, they might come in once in a while to approve or disapprove of something (a piece or a sleeve, for example), but they aren't/can't be super-involved because they only know what they want something to look like, but have no idea how to actually make it.

@jsfsox obviously you have no experience in the design world, be in fashion or otherwise- you'd know it takes a lot more than having an eye for what looks good. it is one thing to see something and know it looks good, quite another to create it from scratch and perfect it. the twins have never been to design school. they are great stylists, of themselves, and of their brands, but they are by no means 'designers'

@JohannasMusicChannel i do know about/have seen all three of their lines- the row, elizabeth and james, and olsenboye. this has nothing to do with knowing the lines. this has to do with the truth about celebrities 'designing'. my point is that they are not really designing. they edit, they look at garments, they put their name on the product, but they DO NOT DESIGN. it is like saying shaun white himself went into a laboratory and mixed the ingredients for the stride 'whitemint' gum he pushes.

@sydandtaytum Actually, you are right but that only goes for Elizabeth and James and Olsen Boye (they have liscened partners to work with them). You're wrong about The Row though. They work with another designer but they are heavily invovled in the designing process for the Row.

@MOD3RNMISCH3IF i know it's hard to swallow because they are such inspirational style icons. but i stand by what i said. A LOT goes into the design process. i would die of shock if either one of them could draft a simple raglan sleeve pattern, let alone sew a simple garment together.i have 6 yrs experience in design, 2 of them in fashion- & that means everything from patterning to sewing to creating collections.trust me, it is A LOT to learn- they could only learn if they went 2 school for it.
