@q123477 jeez what about a sense of humour. Why so defensive about the shiny vomit colour theme? It's only an audi. I do prefer the colour coded intake scoops compared to say, white r8's with raw carbon finish scoops that stick out like dogs' balls. Thanks for the vid anyway :)

I see them all the time (coupe not topless of course)...and overall they do have an attractive shape but whereas I don't see any major flaws in most supercars' designs, I can't help seeing the R8 as awkward. The nose looks too flat. The LED lights look geeky and too skinny. The RS4 avant in comparison is a much more balanced design. I actually like the darker brown/copper tone I saw once on a V10 R8. Something different. Maseratti has something similar on their colour chart

@blackhole522 It is a limited edition because only 200 are being made. That is refering to the spyder version, if I was refering to just a V10 Audi, you would be right.

@q123477 Actually the R8 Spyder V10's production for the US market is 1000 cars a year. Which means that there's even more for the whole world. So it's a rare production car. You could say it's a limited edition, but then any car would be, as the production doesn't last forever for any of them.

You're right! I saw both the coupe and this spyder in the same exact color at the 2010 Detroit Auto Show and they both look extremely gorgeous. It was hard to make a choice. But I still think I'd take the coupe because of the side blades and the fact that you could see the engine. Also, I think the spyder would be more ideal for a young woman. I think it just look more feminine.The rep. from Audi told me that the color is just a special order color and cost $9000 extra.
