prime example of why you should keep your hands up. They did the EXACT SAME MOVE, Badr dropped his right before throwing his hook, Alistair kept his up. Alistairs connected first anyways but might have gotten hit by it after the fact. Alistair also threw a short hook, whereas Badr threw a winding hook. A lot of fighters don't understand that short hooks are more accurate and economical hooks to throw. But don't get me wrong, winding hooks have their place.
