    false:lifting light weights quickly and/or w/ lots of repetitions=toned

    lifting light weights, no matter how much, doesn't a large difference

  • @72669sammy gaining muscle has nothing to do with losing fat. idk about cardio-ish excercise where you really burn your arms, but really body-builders muscle gaining has nothing to do with fat losing.
