You have to unlock her soul :P. It sounds weird but if you get to lvl 30 in a class, you get 2 souls from original characters, which you can use for Custom Characters.

how do you get the wave swords for yor created charecters and the wepon Ivy uses????

for the wave swords you have to play chronicles of the sword and i believe you have to beat rock in one of the chronicles after that all your created characters with the same class as your the character you play the chronicles will be able to use the wave swords, about the weapon ivy uses, i don't know anything of it

I think you have to unlock it. I played as a Barbarian a lot and then it said "Barbarian custom characters can now use soul of nightmare" so just play whoever can use talim's soul a lot.

I don't know. I had the grieves, Astaroth Axe, and regular barbarian weapons.

It's a wave sword, usually buy it at shop by unlucking it and assassin, bandit and sword master class created character can have it and maybe others.
