I agree that this version is better than the original. Joaquin's voice maybe isn't quite as good as Johnny's but Reese's is much better than June's. Great acting. Can you imagine the pressure of playing Johnny Cash?

i can truly say that this movie and particularly this song are astonishing. "it ain't me babe" is in my opinion the theme-song for the movie, because it depics the feel of the entire relationship between June and John, this cat and mouse game, which fortunately ends against all odds - one could say - with a promise of love. i absolutely loved the movie and the soundtrack. thanks for uploading, it's great.
